METALWORKING FLUIDS DESCRIPTION LUBRA KOL 206 NC, Heavy duty semi-synthetic metalworking fluid. Designed to handle all applications to cut metal alloys such as steel, grey iron, ductile iron, and an array of aluminum composite materials. PROPERTIES • Chlorine FREE • Excellent emulsion stability • Excellent bio-resistance • Operator friendly • Nitrate, phenol free • Cost effective • Ease of disposal • Vapor phase corrosion protection SPECIFICATIONS Using complex nitrogen containing compounds, we have enhanced the product's performance for short term indoor corrosion protection. These nitrogen compounds will interface with the exposed metal forming a barrier to prohibit inprocess oxidation. In combination with the biostat and bio-resistance packages, we have extended the life of the material in the diluted used form. MONITORING CONCENTRATION 1) Take the refractive index reading and multiply it by 1.3 to determine the concentration. Concentration (%) = RI reading x 1.3 INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE: 1. Determine the system size 2. Take your total system size and multiply it by the recommended % of Ultrakol 206. 3. Slowly add the recommended amount of Lubra Kol 206 NC to the water and mixwell (always add Lubra Kol 206 to water, NEVER in reverse order)
