MLC Level Controller

The MLC Plug-in Level Controller is designed for efficient and reliable control of electrically conducting liquids. It can be mounted on a DIN rail or housed in an IP65 plastic enclosure. The controller operates on electrolytic conductivity, using electrodes to detect liquid levels and control relay contacts accordingly. A red LED indicates the relay state. The controller can provide high/low level alarms and control between two levels, with fail-safe options to prevent uncontrolled filling or emptying.

Sensitivity is adjustable to accommodate various liquid conductivities, ensuring precise operation without intermittent issues. The controller is available for 24v, 110v, or 230vAC operation, with voltage specified upon ordering. LTH offers a range of electrode holders compatible with the MLC controllers.

E7 Series Liquid Level Electrode Holder

The E7 series electrode holders are designed for use with MLC controllers, accepting 6.25mm electrode rods cut to the required length. The maximum rod length is 3 meters, with intermediate support recommended in turbulent conditions. LTH provides stainless steel brackets for up to four electrodes.

MLC Level Controller The MLC Plug in Level controller has been designed to provide efficient & reliable level control of electrically conducting liquids. The MLC is available in DIN rail mounting format or can be supplied in an IP65 plastic enclosure which can either house one or two controllers to suit the system requirements.
