La sua costruzione è robusta e compatta, ad elevata sicurezza di funzionamento. Idoneità X26 è idoneo per tutte le applicazioni che necessitano di un sistema di filtrazione fine ed ultra-fine di liquidi di processo a bassa viscosità. Il filtro, dotato di cartucce filtranti metalliche, è autopulente e non richiede materiali filtranti a perdere. La funzione di pulizia, completamente automatica, non interrompe il processo di filtrazione. Le particelle solide filtrate e separate sono rimosse in contro corrente durante il ciclo di pulizia. Il liquido da filtrare, in pressione, è introdotto nel filtro attraverso la camera dello sporco e da qui all’interno delle cartucce filtranti. Il processo di filtrazione avviene dall’interno verso l’esterno. Il fluido filtrato esce pulito nella camera superiore e da qui per pressione residua va all’utilizzo. Coolant liquid under pressure is introduced into the filter through the dirty chamber and from there into the filter cartridges. Filtration process takes place from the inside towards the outside, the filtered coolant exits clean into the upper chamber and from there, by means of residual pressure, is sent back to the work process. X26 ist ein sehr effizienter und vollautomatischer Rückspülfilter in einem robusten und kompakten Gehäuse. Dieser Typ Filter ist geeignet für Anwendungen im Bereich der Fein- und Ultrafeinfiltration von Kühlflüssigkeiten mit niedriger Viskosität. Der Filter wird mit metallischen Filtereinsätzen ausgeliefert, die eine Selbstreinigung durch Rückspülung ermöglichen. Es werden keine zusätzlichen Filtermedien benötigt. Der vollautomatische Reinigungsprozess unterbricht nicht den eigentlichen Filtrationsprozess. Gefilterte und separierte Partikel werden durch den Rückspülvorgang während der Filtration entfernt. Durch Druck gelangt die Kühlflüssigkeit in die Schmutzkammer des Filters, und wird von dort in die Filterkartuschen geführt. Dort findet der eigentliche Filtrationsprozess statt, indem die Flüssigkeit von innen nach außen die Kartuschen passiert und in die obere Kammer des Filters gelangt. Von dort wird sie mit Hilfe des restlichen Drucks wieder dem Arbeitsprozess zugeführt.
