WORKING CLEAN, BREATHING HEALTHY Losma grants that every single system is tested through strict control procedures. Every unit is provided with a Quality and Functional Test Detex is a flat bed coolant filter, using non- ranging from 10 to 50 micron, granting the woven tissue for eliminating magnetic highest level of filtration. Working Principles The coolant falls into the distribution trough and from here onto the filter fabric which is positioned on a belt. The solid pollutant particles (dust and swarfs) are retained by the fabric while the filtered oil is collected into the tank and pumped back to the machine tool. When the part of the fabric lying on the belt is full of pollutant (and has lost its filtering capacity) an automatic system advances the used fabric towards the sludge collection tray at the end of the tank. New fabric passes under the fabricstretcher tube and goes on the belt ready to filter the coolant....
