Overview: The RBNV-I 270 is an automatic high-pressure and high-temperature vertical
dyeing machine designed for laboratory purposes or small lots of yarn. It is suitable for preliminary dyeing tests on various materials such as yarn packages, hanks, tops, loose stock fibers, small warp beams, narrow tapes, and fabric beams.
Specifications: The machine operates at a pressure of 5 bars and a temperature of 140°C. It serves as a bridge between laboratory machines and industrial production, equipped with electronic sensors, probes, and pneumatic/automatic valves for fully automated dyeing cycles.
Key Features:- Automatic filling at variable programmable levels.
- Controlled product introduction from the adding tank at a controlled speed (dosing).
- Automatic control of differential pressure, pump speed, or liquor flow-rate.
- Programmed heating and cooling cycles, including indirect and direct cooling.
- Continuous rinsing by overflow and high-temperature discharge to prevent oligomers with polyester.
Automation: The machine is controlled by the LEONARDO® PC, which manages the dyeing cycle without continuous operator intervention. It includes features like operator call, sample collection, dye bath recirculation, and color correction cycles.
