Expert In Magnetic Technology LJC Automatic Magnetic Flotation Separator Application This equipment is specially designed for the purification of strong magnetic minerals with a specific magnetic susceptibility greater than 3000X1 0*cm’/g, to reduce the silica content, or to increase the coarse grinding particle size under the premise of ensuring the original concentrate grade, so as to improve production efficiency. The concentrate grade can be increased by 2 to 9 percentage points. Working Principle Features Process Application ■ Patented “Around Feeding,Central Overflowing" structure design assures better separation efficiency and lower water consumption. ■ Final stage of magnetic beneficiation to improve concentrate grade. ■ Fully automated, easy operation, low maintenance. ■ Achieve the similar Fe grade concentrate in industrial application compared to Davis Tube Result or even better. ■ 1-5% Fe recovery improvement compared to traditional magnetic drum separators while keeping the same concentrate grade. ■ An innovative technology to replace tradition Cleaner Magnetic Drum Separators and froth flotation. ■ Produce the same grade of concentrate by enlarged particles, to improve grinding efficiency. ■ Top Feeding with up current water from the bottom. ■ Cyclic pulsating magnetic field with adjustable mag intensity. ■ Magnetic particles are magnetized in the electromagnetic field and agglomerated together forming a magnetic chain. ■ The non-electromagnetic field breaks the magnetic chain, while flushing water removes entrapped gangue particles between the magnetite particles. ■ The agglomeration effect enhances the density difference between magnetic and non-magnetic particles, allowing for the recovery of ultrafine magnetite particles and the rejection of coarse gangue with low magnetite content. This helps avoid misplacement of coarse gangue particles that may occur with traditional wet magnetic drum separators. # Magnetic particles

Expert In Magnetic Technology Recommended Processing flow or LJC ■ Processing Flow I After the tailings ( i.e. the overflow of the magnetic flotation Separator) recycled by the tailings recycling separator, the poor intergrowths will be fed back to the secondary grinder or the final fine grinder for regrinding and reconcentration. ■ Processing Flow II The a large amount of intergrowthfrom tailing (the overflow of the magnetic flotation separators) can be regrinded and reseparated to achieve valueable concentrate by the tailing recycling flow. Or if the mFe in the overflow is too low, the...
