The latest innovation from the Lohmann Bonding Engineers can be applied beforehand by machine and can easily withstand the subsequent high temperatures in the soldering furnace. Due to the silicone-free bonding based on pure acrylate there is no outgassing, which can otherwise lead to electronic failures or contamination of soldering media. And that in combination with strong adhesive bonds, which are easy to handle, electrically insulating, non-aging and UV-resistant, yet possess high sealing properties. By the way: The tapes from the DuploCOLL® HCR range meet the current regulatory requirements (IMDS, REACh, RoHs).
