Interface: The system includes an integrated Ethernet connection and four high-speed RS-232 ports (optional RS-422), along with potential-free inputs and outputs.

Application: The system can label up to 180 pallets per hour on one side and up to 120 pallets per hour on two sides. It features a telescopic applicator pad with a 500 mm straight net stroke length and an additional 200 mm net stroke length folded over by 90°.

Software: The system uses the LogoSoft software family, including the LEAP-Express label design program and the Control-Center service and monitoring tool.

Label Material: The system supports label material with a running length of up to 600 m, an external diameter of 345 +/- 5mm, and a label core of 152.4 mm.

Ambient Conditions: The operating temperature ranges from 5°C to 40°C, with special solutions available for demanding conditions. It operates in humidity levels of 20% to 90% relative, non-condensing, and requires an electrical connection of 110 to 230 Volt; 50/60 Hz and compressed air at 6 bar, dry, clean, and oil-free.

Certificates: The system is CE certified, holds a GOST certificate for Russia, and UL 508 certification for the USA.

Spare Parts and Maintenance: All wearing and spare parts, including the Print Engine, are available from the factory warehouse with a delivery guarantee of at least 10 years. Spare part packages, training, and maintenance agreements are offered.
