Machine Overview
This document describes a three-station machine designed for testing pressure regulators. The machine performs a leakage test at a maximum pressure of 8 bar and a regulator pressure curve test. The process involves manual loading of regulators by an operator, followed by automatic air inlet and pressure testing. After the pressure test, an automatic regulator curve test is conducted. Scrap pieces are segregated and accessible only to authorized personnel, while acceptable pieces are manually unloaded and marked for identification.

Operational Procedure
The machine cycle begins with the manual loading of pressure regulators by an operator.
