Wireless M-Bus was originally defined for Smart Metering (i.e., Meter-Bus), but it’s also the ideal solution for Industrial Wireless Sensor Networks. Wireless M-Bus has been developed and proven over many years for Smart Metering applications. Key Features and Technical Data: Wireless M-Bus specifications:  Long Range with up-to 1000 meters.  Lightweight protocol.  Support for uni-directional or bi-directional communication.  Operating on license-free ISM bands.  868 MHz, 433 MHz, and 169 MHz options.  Support for AES-128 encryption/authentication.  Support for C,R,S,T modes.  Interoperability with many vendors.  Four regional versions available: WM1: 868 Mhz / EU CE. WM2: 868 MHz / Russia. WM3: 865 MHz / India. WM4: 433 MHz / non-EU.  External SMA male connector.  Factory installed option. Can not be retrofitted.
