Wrapping head machine The RCB wraps chocolate bars, mini tablets and napolitains in a premium look while at the same time ensuring a high level of product protection against environmental influences. It thus combines the advantages of a classic fold-wrapping machine with those of a flow-wrapping machine. Using a single wrapping head, the machine variant RCB-HS produces hermetically sealed products at speeds of up to 600 products per minute and seals the packaging material all around with heat. The sealing jaws always seal film to film, ensuring a high tightness of the package. Folding elements then create the classic fold wrap. The RCB is also available as the RCB-H with a larger format range. In this version, it also wraps mini tablets at speeds of up to 450 products per minute. As the RCB-S variant, the system is capable of wrapping up to 800 products per minute in an open fold wrap.
