Powerdoor 601 The Powerdoor 601 is an industrial sectional door, with a large range of track systems and operational possibilities. • The high-quality (insulating) materials and finish of the Powerdoor 601 provide optimal isolation and durability. The Powerdoor 601 is fully insulated and prevents ingress of rain, draughts, sand and dirt. • Due to small dimension, an ultimately cost-effective dock door is designed specifically for loading bays. • The Powerdoor 601 can be delivered fully glazed, as the Full Vision Powerdoor. Particularly designed for use in areas where maximum incidence of light is desired. • There is a large selection of designs, finishes, controls, built-in possibilities (lift track systems) and options available for the Powerdoor 601 which increase user-friendliness, and improve safety and integration with other systems on the loading bay. Powerdoor 640 The Powerdoor 640 is a rolling speed door designed for intensive use. It is very suitable in situations where draught needs to be prevented but frequent coming and going of vehicles requires the use of a rapidly opening and closing door. • The Powerdoor 640 has a self-supporting frame and covering, which is easy to mount and protects the motor, safety and all mechanical and electrical parts. • The use of a reliable modular counterweight balancing system with sturdy traction belts results in a minimum motor working load and easy opening in case of an emergency. • The Powerdoor 640 is provided with a safety edge for immediate reversal of the door movement. An anti-crash system is fitted along the edge which, through special skids with preset breaking load, prevent the risk of damage to the door and safety edge in case of accidental impact. • The modular panels of the Powerdoor 640 permit to vary door make-up as required and to easily replace worn or damaged panels. The full width vision panel ensures safer traffic and allow for a high incidence of light. • The space saving dimensions of the Powerdoor 640 facilitate installation even in restricted areas. Powerdoor 650 The Powerdoor 650 is a folding speed door designed for medium and large outside applications. It effectively operates in any situation, even with heavy wind loads. • The sturdy, self-supporting frame makes the Powerdoor 650 easy to mount. The covering on the uprights and crossbeam protect the motor, safety and all mechanical and electrical parts. • The Powerdoor 650 is provided with a reliable modular counterweight balancing system with sturdy traction belts resulting in a minimum motor working load and easy opening in case of an emergency. • The door has a safety edge and photocells in the uprights for immediate reversal of the door movement. • The full width vision panels of the Powerdoor 650 ensure safer traffic and allow for a high incidence of light. • To comply with all wind-resistance requirements the curtains of the Powerdoor 650 are available in strengthened versions. Powerdoor 680 The Powerdoor 680 is a transparent strip curtain, suitable to use as a draught resistant curtain between intermediate areas or outer doors. • The suspension system of the Powerdoor 680 is fully hinged by means of swinging brackets, the flexible strips will close automatically after being passed through. • The material of the curtain has a high rupture and tensile strength as well as a high soundinsulating performance and temperature resistance. • All steel work is galvanised and of a robust workmanship. As such a long life span of the strip curtain is ensured. • Special cold air resistant models for the use in cold-storage or refrigeration rooms are also available.
