Certain specific functions of the Express 220 S2 allow 2 mm bars to be loaded and guided safely and efficiently. 3S SYNCHRONIZATION WITH THE SPINDLE This patented electronic synchronization system comes with the standard version. The encoder is coupled to the servomotor. The movements of the spindle and the bar feeder pusher are perfectly synchronised. This prevents buckling of the bar when the headstock returns, or loss of the bar from the pusher collet.
