EXCELLENT GUIDING QUALITY The Express 112 is built around on a steel beam providing maximum stability and perfect alignment. The guiding system consists of elastomer plastic half-shells which recreate a tube and gradually open when the pusher advances. Associated to the reduction tubes proposed by LNS, the Express 112 provides continuous bar guiding up to the rear of the lathe’s clamping device at the highest rotating speeds.
