EXCELLENT GUIDING QUALITY The Express 112+ is built around on a steel beam providing maximum stability and perfect alignment. The guiding system consists of elastomer plastic half-shells which recreate a tube and gradually open when the pusher advances. Associated to the reduction tubes proposed by LNS, the Express 112+ provides continuous bar guiding up to the rear of the lathe’s clamping device at the highest rotating speeds.
