The Card LC363/LC361 is engineered for high production rates of up to 120 kgs/hr, designed to produce high-quality sliver from various cotton, man-made fibers, and blends. It aims to enhance yarn characteristics while reducing operational costs.

This feature ensures active compression on fiber material, resulting in an optimal batt structure for superior sliver quality.

The card features a unidirectional feeding system with a saw-toothed feed roller for gentle fiber transfer. The triple licker-in system, with high-speed operation, enhances fiber individualization and cleaning. The first licker-in includes a double knife and combing segment for intensive cleaning, while the second and third licker-ins have replaceable combing strips for gentle opening.

The AFI measures the actual carding area, with 110 degrees of the cylinder surface occupied by revolving flats, translating to 1.296 meters over a 1-meter carding width. This configuration improves sliver quality.
