ProxATEX™ Temperature Controller Safe for use in hazardous locations Adjust ALL settings inside the hazardous area either by push buttons or via non-contact secure NFC cards LMK Thermosafe Ltd are pleased to present the Patented* ProxATEX temperature controller for use in potentially explosive locations. ATEX/IECEx Zone 1 certified for use with heating equipment operating within potentially explosive atmospheres. Specifically designed for use with our THERMOSAFE®, FARATHERM® and Inetliheat products (*USA/Europe/Australia) TAKE THE RISK OUT OF OPERATORS SETTING CRITICAL PARAMETERS. Featuring Near Field Communication (NFC), credit card sized tokens are pre-programmed with key parameter settings. Simply hold the card close to the front of the controller and the settings are instantly updated. Two NFC cards will be provided pre-programmed to the users settings. Additional cards can be supplied with alternative settings, and optionally, a dedicated tablet with our proprietary embedded interface is avilable to permit card re-programming. The simple 3 – button interface on the front of the device can be used to adjust set point and other parameters whilst the device is operational WITHIN THE HAZARDOUS AREA, plus for additional security these push buttons can be disabled or limited. Dependent on the heater size and configuration, the ProxATEX can be pre-installed directly onto the heater, mounted onto a wall, or alternatively a pre-wired single pillar movable support stand can be supplied. ETL approved versions to UL and CSA hazardous location standards also available if required.
