Overview: The Varior is a cost-effective, foot-operated potentiometer designed by Linemaster Switch Corporation. It features a robust steel housing and ergonomic design, including a heel rest for optimal foot positioning. It is compatible with Miller®, Hobart®, Lincoln®, and ESAB® welding equipment and comes with a 25-foot cordset and multi-pin connector.

Specifications:

OHASAA-1K: Replaces Miller® RFCS-14 and Hobart® p/n 043-554-01-1. Includes a 25’ cordset with a 14-pin plug. Weight: 8.5 lbs.
OHASAB-10K: Replaces Lincoln® #K-870. Includes a 25’ cordset with a 6-pin plug. Weight: 8.5 lbs.
OHASAD-10K: Replaces ESAB® #FC-5B. Includes a 30’ cordset with a 14-pin plug. Weight: 8.5 lbs.

All models comply with cRUus requirements.

Model Variants:

09ASXP: Momentary switch with a 6’ 18/4 cordset, wired with three leads to the potentiometer and a green lead to ground.
09ARXU: Maintained switch, maximum resistance must be specified when ordering.
09ASAC: Momentary switch with a 6’ 18/6 cordset, includes an auxiliary switch set to operate at the beginning of the treadle stroke.
09ARAC: Maintained switch, maximum resistance must be specified when ordering.
OHASAC: Momentary switch, maximum resistance must be specified when ordering.
