Product catalog summary
Specifications:
MicroAir offers various pressure ranges in inches of water (0-3 to 0-100), PSI (0-3 and 0-5), and other units like mbar and kPa. The air connection requires 45 psi for single units and 55 psi for dual or multi-units, with 1/4 NPT fittings. Power supply options include 110/220 VAC, 50/60 Hz, with all units operating below 50 volts and protected by a 1/2 amp 250-volt fuse. All models are CE certified.

Performance:
Precision, repeatability, and stability are optimal for units with full scale less than 1 psi. Stability is < +/- 0.2% for 30 inches of water and < +/- 0.3% for psi. Accuracy is maintained with flow changes affecting pressure by less than +/- 0.2% for low ranges and +/- 0.5% for higher psi units. Repeatability is +/- 0.2% for low ranges and +/- 0.3% for 3 and 5 psi. Display resolution varies with Magnehelic meters at +/-2% and digital displays at +/-0.1% below 60” of water.

Control Features:
MicroAir I offers manual control with a 10-turn knob. MicroAir II includes manual control with dual-speed push buttons and optional remote control. MicroAir IV features a 10-turn manual potentiometer and linear or dual-state control options.

Output Options:
MicroAir II and IV provide voltage outputs (0-5, 1-6, or 0-10 volts) and current output (4-20 mA).

Mounting and Enclosure:
Vertical mounting is required with specific hole patterns. Enclosures are made of stainless steel with various sizes for different models.

Air Flow:
Input is < 2.5 SCFM per channel, with output varying by range. Maximum output flow rates range from 5 SCFH for 2-inch wc to 90 SCFH for 5 psi.

Pressure Graphs:
Supply pressure changes from 45 to 80 psi result in less than 0.3% variance for 3 and 5 psi units and less than 0.2% for units below 30” of water.
