Short Description The LP7.2 high pressure pump is developed for heavy-duty on and off-highway engines. Like all of Liebherr’s common rail high pressure pumps, the LP7.2 also has an oil-lubricated drive, making it reliable even in harsh environmental conditions. The lightweight and compact design with external dimensions of 252x110x230 mm (LxWxH) and a weight of approximately 7 kg makes it easy to use in a wide variety of engine applications. With regard to its installation space, the roller tappet pump with cam drive has a high flow rate of 265 l/h at a system pressure of up to 2,500 bar. Digital inlet valves control fuel delivery and help to accurately determine the amount of fuel delivered to each cylinder individually. This increases hydraulic efficiency by up to 10 % compared to a volumetrically-controlled pump. Variants with different directions of rotation and variable connection orientation as well as flange geometry are available. Features • Pressure level 2,500 bar • Oil-lubricated • Cam drive • High hydraulic efficiency with digital inlet valves • Lightweight and compact pump design • Customised engine interfaces • Mechanical G-rotor feed pump • Euro VI, US 10, EU Stufe V, US EPA Tier 4f compatible
