The LHP is equipped with a built-in tank designed for placement on the reservoir, installed directly in the LTS reservoir. It operates at a working pressure of 64 bar and can withstand temperatures up to 125º C. The primary material used is stainless steel.
Working fluids often contain particles that can damage mechanical seals. A cyclone is installed outside the pump to separate these particles using centrifugal force, ensuring clean fluid returns to the mechanical seal chamber. This system requires no maintenance and is resistant to blockage.
A ring with two allen screws is used to attach to the shaft, ensuring the compression of the rotating part of the mechanical seal. It is compatible with rubber bellows or single spring mechanical seals.
The LST supplies barrier fluid in mechanical seal installations, utilizing the thermosyphon effect or a pumping ring. It can be configured with API52, API53, and API53A standards and may include instruments for automatic control and a cooling coil.
A detailed dimensions chart is provided, listing various shaft sizes and corresponding measurements in millimeters.
AUXILIARY PRODUCTS CHARACTERISTICS: • Working pressure: 64 bar. • Temperature: up to 125º C • Materials: Stainless steel. CLEAN FLUID DESCRIPTION: SEALED CHAMBER PUMP DISCHARGE ZONE Working fluids often contain sand particles, incrusted residue from boilers and pipes etc. which can damage the mechanical seal and reduce its durability. Situations of this type can be avoided by installing a cyclone. This type of element is installed outside the pump, between the discharge zone and the mechanical seal chamber. A current or vortex of pressurised fluid is generated inside it and the effect of the centrifugal force separates the particles suspended in the fluid. The particles that are heavier than the fluid are thrown towards the walls and dragged to the lower part of the LC, while the clean fluid emerges from the top and is returned to the chamber where the mechanical seal is located. API31 and API41 configuration. These elements require no maintenance and do not become blocked over time.
