It also can be matched using with multi-thread cutter, with high automatic ability and convenient operation, high splice accuracy. It can rea lize the splice of positive orientation, but also can finish slanting orientation splice which was set in advan ce. It can highly improves crystal splice accuracy. This model of unit can splice crystal bars with diameter of 2-8inch, length of 5-500mm, it can also splice N nos crystal bar on one flitch. The angle readout of dou ble axis adopts international common method, with degree as its display unit(0.001 degree). It also shows by domestic way(degree, minute, second) according to customer requirement. The orientation splice acc uracy can reach ± 0.02 degree, which already the best selection.
