Suitable for low-flow, building, and small pumping station applications, it is a reliable small-sized bar. It can shred solid waste such as branches, wood, empty bottles, and rags in sewage pipe networks into fine particles of 6-12mm. The shredded waste does not need to be retrieved and flows directly with the sewage. The shredder bar enables fully underground, unattended operation. They are an advanced debris-blocking device. Working Principle » 1 .Wastewater, large solid particles, or highly adhesive objects from pipes or channels enter the grinder. 2. The rotating blades of the grinder crush and shred solid waste such as floating objects, lumps, or tangled fibers in the wastewater. 3. After solid waste is crushed into fine particles, it flows out of the emshing screen with the wastewater. a. A rotating, wound-rotor drum captures and guides larger solid waste to the cutting zone. Smaller, appropriately sized waste particles flow through the drum along with wastewater. b. Diversion trench guides the sands through, protects the shaft and mechanical seal from the sand damaging c.
