Central Vacuum Stations (CVS) are modular, ready-to-operate systems designed to meet varying vacuum demands. They are equipped with either BASIC or PLC control systems and are suitable for numerous industrial applications.
Specifications
The core of each CVS is the SOGEVAC vacuum pump, known for its high pumping speed to footprint ratio, no oil emissions, low noise levels, and low cost of ownership. The systems are available in 400 V, 50 Hz / 460 V, 60 Hz versions and feature a proven design with manual gas ballast and oil filter.

Technical Features
- Systems typically consist of up to 3 SOGEVAC pumps, a buffer vessel, manual or electropneumatic valves, dust filters, pressure gauges, and an electrical cabinet with a controller.
- Pumping speed ranges from 25 to 840 m3/h with ultimate pressure ≤ 0.5 mbar.
- Vessel volumes available in 60, 160, 300, 500, or 1000 liters.
- Electric power ranges from 0.8 to 18.9 kW.
