Application The CN220 and CN221 controllers are Decora rocker-style devices for controlling fixtures within Leviton Control Network (LCnet) lighting systems. The CN220 Switching Controller is an on/off switch intended for non-dimming loads. The CN221 provides a familiar dual-rocker dimmer for adjusting brightness as well, and features LED’s indicating current light level. Since the CN220 turns fixtures on and off, it is ideally suited for entranceways and other areas where full-brightness lighting is required whenever lights are on. The CN221 is a strong option wherever a dimming controller is required. Both feature a locator LED and come in white with matching wallplates—with an ivory color change kit. Operation CN220 The CN220 provides basic on/off control for non-dimming fixtures. Pressing the upper half of the rocker will turn lights on and pressing the lower half will turn them off. An LED underneath the rocker makes the switch easy to locate in the dark. The CN220 can be used to set its own LCnet address, as well as the address of nearby power packs. CN221 The CN221 offers on/off and dim/bright control, as well as a full bright option. Its large, outside rocker switches lights on and off, while the small, inset rocker is used to adjust the level of brightness. Pressing the upper portion of the large rocker when the lights are already on turns the lights to their brightest setting. LED’s indicate selected brightness setting. The controller can be used to set its own LCnet address, as well as power pack addresses.
