Gas spring 12-4 has a cylinder of just 12 mm diameter and a rod diameter of only 4 mm. Our standard range covers two different cushioning configurations and several force and stroke alternatives; all together we have over 110 items in stock. The forces of the 12-4 gas spring range from 10 up to 140 N with strokes between 20 and 100 mm. As with our other gas spring sizes, the 12-4 is also available with various end fittings, such as forks, loops and ball cups, depending on what is most suitable for your application. All our standard gas springs and end fittings are available for download in 3D CAD via our website. Examples of customized 12-4 solutions have individual length and strength alternatives, your own colour on the cylinder, your logo or part number printed or adjusted cushioning characteristics. We can also tailor make end fittings especially for your needs. If you require a controlled braking of falling or tilting movements, we recommend completely oil dampened 12-4 solutions.
