LASER TABLE 500: Innovative 2D laser textile welding The LASER TABLE 500 is a 2D welding table that offers unique and highly innovative design possibilities for the 2D pattern making process. The laser technology can be applied on woven, knitted or non woven textile combinations. The laser beam penetrates the transparent textile layer and is converted to heat in the absorbing textile layer. Since both parts are pressed together during the welding process, heat is conducted from the absorbing to the transparent part, allowing both layers to melt and create a bond.
