Machine Description:
The S150-25K is an electromechanical compression testing machine with a capacity of 25 kN (5620 lbf). It is designed for testing the mechanical strength of materials under load, capable of performing compression, bending, breaking, and deformation tests according to international standards (ISO, ASTM, EN, UNI). The machine features a sturdy two-column frame with an adjustable upper crosshead and a moving lower crosshead driven by a pre-loaded ball screw for precise motion. It is electronically controlled with a digital display and can be operated via PC using LBG EASY TEST software.

S150-25K COMPRESSION TESTING MACHINE Capacity 25 kN (5620 Ibf) Electromechanical compresison testing machine, single hollow test, developed for the measurement of mechanical strength of the materials under load. Depending on the needs and the types of materials, it can perform testing of compression, bending, breaking tests, bend, force limit, deformation limit, etc.., According to the most common international standards ISO, ASTM, EN and UNI. The structure is a sturdy frame in two columns in part threaded with the upper fixed crosshead adjustable in height and with the moving lower crosshead driven by preloaded ball screw with zero backlash to ensure the accuracy of motion. The machine is controlled electronically wiht digital display LBG UDI24pro with 24-bit microprocessor , LCD COLOR TOUCH SCREEN with dimensions 320x240 pixels and 4 function keys on the membrane. The machine can also be used via the PC with the software application LBG EASY TEST under MS® Windows 7 , in all phases of test execution with the visualization of real-time graphs and data storage on a PC.
