System Components

Beaker Parking: Multi-level rack for 36 stainless steel beakers used for weighing and dissolving recipes, also managed by a three-axis robotic arm.
Weighing and Dissolving Stations: Includes an electronic scale with a resolution of 0.001 gr and up to three dissolving units. Optional dispensing lines are available.
Standard Solution Preparation: Utilizes an electronic scale with a resolution of 0.01 gr, with a dispensing line to the TD-LAB system.
Beaker Rinsing-Drying Station: Features automatic rinsing and drying of beakers.

Hardware & Software

Equipped with a PC and LCD screen.
Includes Lawer Copyright software for system management and interface software for external system connections.

Operation The automatic powder dyestuff weighing and dissolving system automatically weighs and dissolves small quantities of powder dyestuff, preparing liquid solutions to be dispensed into laboratory, sampling and production dyeing machines.
