Working area The working area is 560x400mm and can be used to mark both or single particular trays with tens or hundreds of small pieces placed. The plane of CompactMark is made of hard scratchproof anodized aluminum. It is available in perforated top step. Each hole is half ø8H7 and the remaining M6 allowing the realization of the whole path in a very simple way with pins or Motors with encoder All motors are integrated with encoder and allow greater speed and acceleration as well as precision compared to other economic stepper motors. This guarantees a high level of accuracy, reliability and repeatability. There is no risk of losing the position and collisions are reduced to zero. Fully modular CompactMark, with a footprint of only 800(W)x1200(D)mm, can mark a working area of 560x400mm. Lasers, motors, scanners, PC can be integrated and are easily accessible and interconnected with just a few cables and connectors. Its modularity allows a solution of any technical problems without the need of specialized technicians. CompactMark is absolutely safe and complies with European and USA standards. It is very comfortable to use for long periods as it has been designed for the operator to work in a sitting or standing position. The wide pneumatic door provides easy loading/unloading. While the inspection window 300x200mm allows a view inside the marking cabinet to control the work in progress. Quality components The axes are made of Bosch Rexroth guides and STAR ISO5 screws, all quality components, carefully assembled and tested to ensure maximum accuracy. The straightness of the axes and the precision of movement are measured with our interferometer Renishaw ML10. The geometry of the machine is controlled with the same interferometer system and a pentaprism. The CompactMark is extremely rigid and ergonomic. The structure is completely made of welded steel, finely machined. The structure is finely machined and carefully finished to create the plane for the guide rails with the following advantages: • Better acceleration of the axes without incurring vibrations • Dimensional stability • Stiffness in case of accidental im

Vision system Rotary axes CompactMark eliminates the problem of centering of the parts to be marked with its integrated vision systems, the Reflex Vision System and the Through-The-Lens Vision System (TTL). For marking cylindrical parts, CompactMark can integrate three different types of rotary axes, that can be designed for customers needs. Metal sheet...
