Product catalog summary
Motors with Encoder
All motors in the system are integrated with encoders, providing enhanced speed, acceleration, and precision compared to standard stepper motors. This integration ensures high accuracy, reliability, and repeatability, eliminating the risk of losing position and reducing collisions to zero.
Console Control
The TowerMarkX features a practical and ergonomic console that is fully adjustable and can be installed on either side of the machine. The console includes all system commands, a monitor, keyboard, mouse, joystick, and a barcode reader.
Fully Modular Design
The TowerMarkX system is modular, including motors, console control, PC, and an optional exhaust system. It can be easily moved with optional wheels, and its modularity allows for technical problem-solving without specialized technicians.
Servomotor Z Axis
The Z axis can mark up to 450mm in the standard version, with an optional 700mm stroke version. It features a recirculated ball guide for speed, precision, rigidity, and durability. The Z axis is programmable via FlyCad and can mark different drawing parts at varying heights. Manual adjustments are possible with a joystick and SmartFocus.
X-axis Stroke
The X axis uses Bosch Rexroth guides and is measured for precision with a Renishaw ML10 interferometer. It offers a 500mm stroke and a marking area of ø140mm, allowing for a working area of 600x100mm.
Working and Marking Area
The TowerMarkX has a footprint of 840(W)x835(D)mm and a marking area of 600x100mm or 600x170mm, depending on the focal length. The working plane is made of hard anodized aluminum, with an optional predrilled plane for easy fixture setup.
Rotary Axes and Scanning Head
The system can integrate three types of rotary axes for marking cylindrical parts, designed to customer specifications. The rotating scanning head allows marking without losing laser beam alignment.
Metal Sheet Tightener
Designed to cut thin sheets of any material, the metal sheet tightener uses pneumatic grippers to stretch the sheet.
Vision System
The integrated vision systems, Reflex Vision System and Through-The-Lens Vision System (TTL), solve centering issues for parts to be marked.
DataMatrix Reader
The system includes a reader/verifier for DataMatrix codes, ensuring excellent marking quality, precise readings, and code verification.
Versatility and Options
The TowerMarkX offers a variety of options to meet diverse customer needs.

Lasit - TowerMarkX - Laser marking machine-1

Motors with encoder All motors are integrated with encoder and allow greater speed and acceleration as well as precision compared to other economic stepper motors. This guarantees a high level of accuracy, reliability and repeatability. There is no risk of losing the position and collisions are reduced to zero. Practical Reliable Productive The Z axis of TowerMarkX can mark, on the standard version, as high as 450mm. It is also available in a 700mm stroke version. The guide is a recirculated ball and ensures speed, movement precision, excellent rigidity and durability. The Z axis is completely programmable from FlyCad and it can mark automatically different parts of the drawing at different heights. The Joystick, together with the SmartFocus, allows you to move the Z axis manually to find immediately the correct focus distance even on complex parts. X-axismade by Bosch 500mmtype STAR stroke Rexroth guides The X axis is Console control TowerMarkX has a pratical and ergonomic console and is fully adjustable. It can be installed on the left or right of the machine. On the console there are all the commands for the system, a monitor, a keyboard, a mouse, a joystick and a bar code reader. Fully modular TowerMarkX inside the laser system are motors, console control, PC and the exhaust system is optional. TowerMarkX can be easily moved thanks to the convenient optional wheels. Its modularity allows the solution of any technical problems without the need of specialized technicians. ISO5. The straightness of the axis and the precision of movement are measured with our interferometer Renishaw ML10. The geometry of the machine is controlled with the same interferometer system and a pentaprism. The useful movement of the axis X is 500mm, with a marking area of ø140mm, allows a working area of 600x100mm. So the operator is able to mark very long parts without moving them or marking the pallets with tens or hundreds of small objects automatically. Working and marking area With a footprint of 840(W)x835(D)mm TowerMarkX has a marking area of 600x100mm or 600x170mm marking depending on the focal length used. The working plane of TowerMarkX is made of hard anodized aluminum scratch resistant. A predrilled plane is also available as an option. Each hole is half ø8H7 and the remaining M6 threaded to enable the realization of fixture in a very simple way with pins or screws.
