• Sensor Head: Designed for CO2 lasers with a thermal determination of the beam centroid. It has an outer diameter of 50 mm and an active sensor diameter of 48 mm. The absorption rate is over 70% for CO2 wavelength, with an absolute accuracy in the center of less than 0.25 mm at 35 W average power and 1.5 BAR pressure. The response time is under 2 seconds, and relative accuracy after warm-up is within ± 0.15 mm. It can handle a maximum intensity of 1000 W/cm² and average power between 5 W and 75 W. Air cooling pressure is 1.5 ± 0.3 BAR.

• Equipped with an ultra-bright LED crosshair, it does not require special equipment for standard operation. LED codes indicate limits such as over-temperature and low input power. It features a nonlinear scale for a large range (0-25 mm) and fine accuracy in the center (0.25 mm). Powered by six AA batteries or rechargeable Akku, it includes a serial port connector and PC software for beam position designation.

• The BeamTool is developed for CO2 flatbed laser cutting machines, simplifying the alignment of up to ten adjustable beam bender mirrors. Traditional methods using burn cards and crosshair targets are replaced by this tool, which is cleaner and safer. The sensor head can be inserted in place of or in front of the bender mirror. The laser beam centroid is displayed on an LED crosshair or via PC software with an accuracy better than 0.25 mm.
• With a response time of about one second, coarse positioning takes approximately ten seconds, and fine-tuning takes an additional minute. The laser power settings ensure a good quality laser mode, and the setup is straightforward, requiring minimal time for adjustments.
