The Digital Rockwell Hardness Tester, Model HRS-150, is designed to measure the Rockwell hardness of various materials including hard metals, carburized steels, quenched steels, hard cast irons, mild steels, Al-alloys, Cu-alloys, and malleable irons. It operates according to the Rockwell Principle, conforming to ISO 6508 and ASTM E18 standards. The device measures the depth difference between the primary and testing load, converting this difference into a hardness value. The HRS-150 model supports Rockwell scales A, B, and C (60/100/150 kgf) and features a digital indicator with motor control loading. Hardness values can be converted to HV and HB.
