The HBS-3000 digital Brinell hardness tester adopts a precise structural design. The application of the test force is directly controlled by a force sensor, making the overall structure compact and ensuring smooth and accurate loading and unloading of the test force. This machine features a 5.6-inch high-definition color touch screen, which provides a more intuitive parameter setting and result display, and makes the operation more convenient. During operation, only manual pre-loading to the instrument's buzzer prompt is required. The instrument will then automatically load, hold the force, unload, lower the test platform, switch to the turret for using the digital eyepiece for measurement, and pressing the eyepiece button will automatically calculate the hardness value and display it on the screen. This machine can also be equipped with a CCD image automatic measurement system to achieve one-click automatic measurement of the indentation. ♦ The integrated cast iron structure ensures a 99% rigidity of the main body of the machine, minimizing deformation and making the shell undergo natural aging treatment for more than half a year, resulting in stable physical properties. ♦ It uses a 0.03-level force sensor to ensure precise and error-free loading each time. ♦ The screw rod undergoes heat treatment and has a hardness ranging from 35 to 40 HRC, which is beneficial for the stability of the detection data when the screw rod rises and lowers at different heights.
