TE-B300 Tray Erector Display Tray S High reliability, efficiency & productivity S Compact, small footprint S Operator friendly: S Ergonomic design of the magazine allows easy loading of blanks S Linear adjustment wheels, counters and setup list make it easy to carry out adjustments ADJUSTABLE FORMING UNIT From the magazine a blank is taken with vacuum and put in position. Four snap-lock clips transport the bl ank to the forming head position. The folding unit is adjustable in length and width and can be adjusted to the correct tray size. The adjustmen ts are d one by hand w heels and can easily be read from counters and measuring scales. SQUARE TRAY FORMING While the blank is being pressed through the forming unit by the stamp, the sides of the tray are simultaneous folded and glued on 4 sides .
