Machine description / technical specifications: SC-1000 LANTECH STACKING EDGE CLOSING MACHINE: The design of the machine incorporates the latest developments in closing flaps of a tray. It is an extremely user-friendly machine, which is simple to adjust. The unique feature of the SC-1000 is that the flaps will be closed with a folding frame. This allows for very smooth handling of tray-cases, even when out of square or varying tolerance.

Stretch Wrappers. Case Equipment. Case Packers. Principle of operation of the SC-1000 From the tray packer the tray-cases are taken over with the flaps still in open position. In case of multiple tray-cases coming out of the packer, a mechanical separation lets the first tray-case into the folding machine. During transport into the machine, hot melt will be applied on the short flaps. The hot melt application is adjustable. The tray is transported by a driven belt under the folding frame. After the tray is in position the tray flaps are folded by a frame. The tray will also be centred....
