Overview
Lanner Anlagenbau GmbH offers specialized solutions for chip processing through their Vacoline® and Fluidline systems. These systems are designed to enhance production efficiency by eliminating the need for internal chip transport and providing flexibility in production planning.

Advantages

• Vacoline®: Eliminates internal chip transport, offers high flexibility in production planning, is easily expandable, and allows for local crushing with central processing.
• Fluidline: Also eliminates internal chip transport, is easily expandable, can be integrated into the central coolant supply of machine tools, and supports local crushing directly at the machine tool.

Functional Principle
The Vacoline® system automates the crushing and transport of chips using a vacuum integrated into the machine tool, replacing the need for a chip cart. The Fluidline system automates the pumping of crushed chips and coolant for further processing. Both systems utilize the LANNER® chip crusher models S30GF or S50GF, which include an automatic tramp metals ejector.
