Product catalog summary
Specifications:
The F130I flame monitor is housed in plastic and operates with a supply voltage of either 230 VAC (+10%/-15%) or 120 VAC (+10%/-20%). It supports a mains frequency of 47 Hz to 63 Hz and consumes power up to 10 VA. Internal fusing is set at 50 mAT for 230 V and 100 mAT for 120 V devices, with mandatory external fusing ranging from 500 mAT to 4 AT.
Input Parameters:
  • Ionisation Input: Operates continuously with a minimum ionisation current of 1 μADC. The sensitivity is dependent on the supply voltage.
  • UV Input: Requires a sensor voltage supply of over 200 VAC and supports intermittent operation with a burner restart every 24 hours.
  • LDR Input: Operates with a sensor voltage supply of ≤ 42 V and detects sensor resistance from 220 Ω to 220 KΩ. It also supports intermittent operation with short-circuit detection.
Output Parameters:
  • Contact Status Signal: Not safety-oriented, with a permissible switching voltage of 230 VAC and internal contact fusing of 1 AT.
  • Flame Signal Output Contact: Safety-oriented, with a permissible switching voltage of ≤ 230 VAC and a maximum switching current of 0.5 A.
  • Analogue Output: Provides a current loop of 0/4 to 20 mA with a load of up to 240 Ω.
Technical Capacity:
The device supports continuous operation for ionisation flame monitoring and intermittent operation for optical monitoring. It meets safety integrity level SIL 3 and overvoltage category ÜK III.
Environmental Capacity:
Rated for protection class IP20, it operates in ambient temperatures from -20 °C to +60 °C and can be stored in temperatures from -20 °C to +80 °C. It withstands relative humidity up to 95% and vibration as per GL standards.
Order Information:
Available in two models: 230 VAC (Order No. 659G1001) and 120 VAC (Order No. 659G1002).
Approvals:
Manufactured by LAMTEC Meß- und Regeltechnik für Feuerungen GmbH & Co. KG, Germany.

Input parameters 1 The product may not be transported, stored or operated outside the specified range. If it is, any guarantees with regard to safety-related functions lose their validity. 2 The attainable ionisation current at the plant is dependent on the supply voltage. The higher the supply voltage, the higher the sensitivity of the Ionisation lance. The min. sensitivity of the device of 1 uA is independent on the supply voltage.
