THE COMPANY Since 1979 we have specialised in shearing and deep drawing of sheet metal upon customer's drawings, using automatic and manual presses from 25 to 400 tonnes. We offer finished components, starting with the design and manufacture of the dies and ending with heat and surface treatments on the finished product. We are also equipped to carry out any kind of assembly (mechanical, automatic, robotised and manual) using automatic machines, designed and manufactured in-house. The tools and dies required for the production of the items are entirely designed and manufactured in-house by our Technical Department and Tooling Department. The use of advanced management software allows us to monitor the entire production cycle, including the testing of incoming material and parts in production, thanks to the real-time connection between machines and MRP. We believe in innovation, and we invest in industrial research and development, also obtaining regional and national contributions for the innovation of production processes. As a result of these projects, fruitful collaborations have been established with the Universities of Bologna, Modena and the Polytechnic of Milan.
