Product catalog summary
Overview
The LAMBDA DOSER and Hi-DOSER are advanced powder dosing instruments designed for safe, controlled, and reproducible dosing of crystalline or powdery substances at a laboratory scale. They support automatic or continuous addition of powders with a wide dosing range, enhancing laboratory operations.

Types of Powder Dosing Units
The DOSER and Hi-DOSER units are available with different vessel sizes: 0.2L, 1L, and 3L. The Hi-DOSER offers higher dosing capacities. These units can be equipped with a gassing plug for introducing or purging gases, beneficial for handling oxygen-sensitive or hygroscopic substances.

Technical Specifications
  • Programming: DOSER supports up to 27 steps, while Hi-DOSER supports up to 99 steps of speed and time.
  • Motor: DOSER uses a microprocessor-controlled stepping motor, whereas Hi-DOSER uses a brushless BLDC motor with neodymium magnets.
  • Power Supply: Both units operate on a wide voltage range and can be powered by a 12V accumulator.
  • Volume and Dimensions: DOSER offers vessels of 0.2L, 1L, and 3L, while Hi-DOSER offers 1L and 3L vessels.
  • Interface and Control: Features include RS-485 or RS-232 interfaces, remote control options, and non-volatile memory for settings storage.
  • Environmental Conditions: Operates in 0-90% RH and 0-40°C, meeting CE and IEC 1010/1 safety norms.
