Installation, start-up, and initial operation are not included in the delivery service. These tasks, such as foundation work and electrical connections, can be performed by Lam Plan upon request and will be invoiced separately. If a third party performs these tasks, their terms apply.
Lam Plan retains copyright ownership of all documents. Clients may make limited copies with included copyright statements. Reproduction for promotional purposes requires Lam Plan's permission.
The terms are governed by French law. Disputes are to be resolved amicably within two months, failing which they will be handled by the Commercial Court of Paris. This jurisdiction clause applies to all proceedings, regardless of client document clauses.
