The Lakidis skinning-derinding machine is designed to remove skin from meat and create fillets. It features conveyor belts for meat supply and removal, which are easily foldable and removable for cleaning. The machine is mobile, equipped with four wheels for easy movement within the workspace.
Constructed entirely from stainless steel, the machine is built for durability and longevity. Its smooth surfaces facilitate easy cleaning and maintain high hygiene standards. A lever allows for the adjustment of the thickness of the final product during the skinning or cutting process. The machine operates at two different speeds.
