Characteristics Computer control; 3 testing chambers integrated in one block (patent); 3 independent chamber testing; 1 master base can support 9 satellite modules, 30 different samples can be tested simultaneously; Mixed testing control of water vapor transmission rate and oxygen transmission rate; Two testing functions of films and finished products(optional purchase); Constant temperature and constant humidity control; Temperature and humidity testing port; Multi-testing modes of proportional, non-proportional, cycle and manual; Testing data can be stored in txt, database and excel formats; History data can be searched, compared, printed and re-analyzed; Broad power range; Rapid calibration with reference film; Network transmission interface for LAN data management and Internet data transmission. Principle Mount the preconditioned specimen between the testing cells and clamp tightly. Nitrogen with constant humidity flows in one side of specimen; dry nitrogen flows in another side of the specimen. Owing to the humidity difference, water vapor passes through the specimen from higher humidity side and enters the lower humidity side, and is carried to the sensor by the dry nitrogen. The electrical signals are generated; water vapor transmission rate and other parameters can be obtained by analyzing the electrical signals. For packages, dry nitrogen flows in the packages, high humidity nitrogen flows around the outer side of the package.
