The opening safety of flip-cap is one of the problems that plastic bottle manufacturers should pay attention to. So, how to test the opening capability of flip caps? Flip-caps have various shapes and materials, whether square or round, metal or plastic, the opening force of the cap is the most concerned problem of manufacturers and users. If the opening force is too great, user will not only feel difficult to open, but also the opening process will even result in the deformation of the packaging containers. If the opening force is too small, the possible leakage is unsafe to the user. So, the opening force test of the flip-cap is very necessary.
