Labthink Lasting Adhesive Tester CZY-6S for adhesive labels
The PARAM® CZY-6S Lasting Adhesive Tester is designed with professional technology to ensure accurate test data. It features standard test plates and weights, six testing stations for simultaneous testing, and auto timing and locking functions for precise results. The instrument is micro-computer controlled with a PVC operation panel, membrane switches, and an LCD for easy operation and data viewing.
The test involves hanging a test plate with an adhesive specimen vertically on a stand, with a standard weight attached at the bottom. The lasting adhesive property is determined by measuring the displacement of the specimen on the vertical test plate or the time to failure under load. This instrument complies with standards GB/T 4851, ASTM D3654, and JIS Z0237.
