LABTHINK MFY-01 PACKAGE INTEGRITY TESTER ---package leak detection using bubble emission method The intent of packaging is to maintain the cleanliness and sterility of the product from the manufacturing plant through transport, shelf life and storage. Package integrity should be maintained at least for the claimed shelf life of products. Package integrity testing, also known as leak testing, described in ASTM D3078, is to submerge the specimen in an immersion fluid in a vacuum chamber and make vacuum above the chamber. If consecutive bubbles are observed in the vacuum chamber, then the specimen fails the test because of leakage. MFY-01 Package Integrity Tester is professionally designed according to ASTM D3078.
