i-Leaktek 6600 Leak and Seal Strength Tester---Pilfer-proof Closure Test Scope i-Leaktek 6600 Leak and Seal Strength Tester is designed for determination of seal strength and seal performance test of various heat sealed flexible package and sterilized package, seal performance test of pilfer-proof closures, quantitative testing of leak characteristics, compression resistance, capsule disengaging strength, cap body joint strength, seal-edge seal strength and butting strength of flexible tubes, and testing of anti-compression, seal performance and burst resistance of the bottles. LSSD-01C Fixture for Plastic Pilfer-proof Closure Test could be used to test the seal performance of the plastic pilfer-proof closure. The mouth diameter of the plastic pilfer-proof closure to test should be 28mm or 38mm. For other specifications, customization is available. Test Procedures A: Power the instrument on and warm up for at least 30 minutes. Fill the container with clean water. Prepare the specimen as required. The number of specimens should be not less than 5 and should be free of visible imperfections. Prepare a bottle whose cap has been closed in the demanded lock forces. Cut down the specimen with cap from the bottleneck in 5 mm distance to the flange. Then mount the specimen.
