Overview: The C650B Headspace Gas Analyzer is a portable device designed for measuring oxygen and carbon dioxide levels in sealed packages. It features high precision sensors and an air pump from renowned manufacturers, ensuring accurate and fast evaluations.

Product Features:

Handheld and portable design for easy operation on production lines.
Energy-saving auto shutdown feature.
One-button calibration for simplicity and efficiency.
Components from global manufacturers ensure stable performance.
Protective cover for sampling probe enhances operator safety.
Embedded sensors provide accurate gas content analysis.
Pressure sensor for vacuum degree determination.
CO2 sensor with NDIR technology and solid-state LED.
Industrial-grade touch screen with intuitive interface and remote maintenance.
Supports both Chinese and English languages.
Automatic data storage with power failure memory.
Capacity to store up to 1200 test results.
Optional wireless micro-printer and USB ports for data transfer.

Test Principle: The analyzer uses an air pump to bring gas from the test package to the sensor, which then calculates the oxygen and carbon dioxide levels based on electrical signals. Results are recorded once preset conditions are met.

Applications:

Basic Applications: Suitable for testing O2 and CO2 levels in non-vacuum sealed packaging bags and containers for products like coffee, cheese, milk powder, and instant food.
Extended Applications: Applicable for ampoule bottles.

Technical Specifications:

Testable Gases: O2 (standard), CO2 (optional).
Test Principle: Electrochemistry for O2, Infrared Absorption for CO2.
Sensor Service Life: 2 years for O2, over 15 years for CO2.
Test Range: 0-100% for both gases.
Resolution: 0.1% for O2, 0.01% for CO2.
Test Accuracy: ±0.3% for O2, ±(0.03% + displayed value * 5%) for CO2.
Sampling Volume: 6-8 mL for O2, 15 mL for CO2.
Dimensions: 220mm x 110mm x 70mm.
Power Supply: 220VAC±10% 50Hz / 120VAC±10% 60Hz.
Net Weight: 0.6 kg.
