Semi-automatic PKW clutch Plate Testing Machine ABC 5.20 – HM-A for selection and control Description and use of machine The testing machine ABC 5.20-HM-A is intended for the measurement of thickness, suspension, drag of a plate and the process of measuring in sectors. This semi-automatic machine with manual loading of a plate is capable of selecting IO and NIO plates by means of a handling device and rotary magazine. NIO plates are placed on the rotary magazine to the error detected. Plates with diameter up to 300 mm may be completely 100% measured and selected on the machine by means of a touchscreen LCD and industrial PC with installed test software ABCControl v. 3.
