The drilling unit as the part of the balancing machine corrects the imbalance by drilling into the appropriate sector. Automatic stacking and retrieval of the pressure discs is provided by electric manipulators with high dynamics, which insert and eject disks from carousel disc trays. The capacity of one container is 3x20 disks, which allows for 18 min of automatic processing of balancing without operator intervention. The new measuring electronics V-TEST 12 is used for determining the value of imbalance on defined angle. By using the LCD monitor in conjunction with balancing software BalancingTest, a 100% inspection of clutch pressure plates balance can be performed in the line with machining centers FAMAR.
